Illinois High School Basketball - Minooka fells Oswego East

January 30, 2025: Minooka, IL 60447

The Minooka Indians basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Oswego East Wolves to 50 in the Indians league triumph on Thursday.

The Indians now have a 17-10 record. They play next when they host Yorkville for a SouthWest Prairie - West game on Tuesday, February 4. Minooka will confront a Foxes team coming off a 51-37 league loss to Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL). The Foxes record now stands at 17-8.

With the loss, Oswego East falls to 14-8 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Waubonsie Valley (Aurora, IL) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 22-1. Waubonsie Valley won 62-38 in their recent non-league game against Aurora Central Catholic (Aurora, IL)
