In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Niagara-Wheatfield Falcons basketball team scored a close 46-45 triumph over the The Park School of Buffalo Pioneers.

The Falcons (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lockport (Lockport, NY). The Lions go into the Section 6 Niagara - Frontier contest with a 3-4 record.

In their next game, the Pioneers confront the Jamestown Red & Green (Jamestown, NY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 31. The Park School of Buffalo will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record.
