Ohio High School Basketball - Waynedale routs Northwestern

In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Waynedale Golden Bears basketball team scored a big 55-31 win over the Northwestern Huskies.

The Golden Bears (10-9) will now prepare for their contest against Chippewa (Doylestown, OH). The Chipps come into the Wayne County contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Chippewa was trounced by Norwayne (Creston, OH), 60-55, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Huskies battle the Dalton Bulldogs (Dalton, OH) in a Wayne County contest, on Saturday, February 1. Northwestern will attempt to better on its 4-15 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 10-8 record after their 64-5 league win over Rittman (Rittman, OH).
