In Thursday's league test, the Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles (Edgerton, MN) basketball squad defeated the host Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights (Tyler, MN), by a score of 64-46.
Next, the Eagles clash with the Red Rock Central Falcons (Lamberton, MN) in a A Section 3 test, on Sunday, February 2. Southwest Minnesota Christian will attempt to improve on its 15-7 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 0-23 record after their 75-44 league loss to Westbrook-Walnut Grove (Westbrook, MN).
The Knights (13-11) will now prepare for their test against Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN). The Dragons come into the A Section 3 test with a 15-6 record. In their last test, Adrian/Ellsworth went down by Luverne (Luverne, MN), 64-49, in a non-league test.
