California High School Basketball - Sacramento Adventist overwhelmed by Valley Christian

In Thursday's league test, the Valley Christian Lions (Roseville, CA) basketball squad trounced the host Sacramento Adventist Capitals (Carmichael, CA), by a final score of 60-39.

Next, the Lions clash with the Faith Christian Lions (Yuba City, CA) in a Sacramento Metropolitan Athletic League test, on Saturday, February 1. Valley Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 15-4 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 19-2 record after their 61-15 league win over Buckingham Charter (Vacaville, CA).

The Capitals (16-4) will now prepare for their test against Western Sierra Collegiate Academy (Rocklin, CA). The Wolves come into the Sacramento Metropolitan Athletic League test with a 13-7 record. In their last test, Western Sierra Collegiate Academy was overwhelmed by John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills (El Dorado Hills, CA), 45-5, in a league test.
