In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Rebels basketball team scored a good 78-62 triumph over the Wessington Springs Spartans.
The Rebels (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against Ethan (Ethan, SD). The Rustlers go into the B Region 3 contest with a 10-3 record.
In their next game, the Spartans confront the Miller Rustlers (Miller, SD) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 1. Wessington Springs will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Rustlers go into the contest with a 11-2 record after their 65-15 non-league win over James Valley Christian (Huron, SD).
