The Cardinals (15-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Desert Christian (Lancaster, CA). The Knights come into the Heritage challenge with a 14-5 record. In their last challenge, Desert Christian edged St. Monica Academy (Montrose, CA), 51-19, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the St. Monica Academy Crusaders (Montrose, CA) in a Heritage challenge, on Friday, January 31. Vasquez will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 51-19 league loss to Desert Christian (Lancaster, CA).
