The St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) basketball edged the host Trumbull Eagles (Trumbull, CT), 49-44 in Thursday's league bout.
The Cadets now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Wilton for a Fairfield County bout on Tuesday, February 4. St. Joseph will play a Warriors team coming off a 45-30 league loss to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, Trumbull falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Eagles host Norwalk (Norwalk, CT) to play the Bears in a Fairfield County bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 0-5.
