The Buena Colts basketball squad (Sierra Vista, AZ), was nudged 41-39 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Cienega Bobcats (Vail, AZ)

With the victory, Cienega advances its record to 7-4 on the year. The Bobcats host Nogales (Nogales, AZ) to meet the Apaches in a battle on Monday, February 3. The Apaches enter the battle with a record of 1-0.

The Colts now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mica Mountain for a non-league battle on Friday, January 31.
