The Mt. St. Joseph Academy Magic basketball squad (Flourtown, PA), was nudged 44-38 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Gwynedd Mercy Academy Monarchs (Gwynedd Valley, PA)
With the victory, Gwynedd Mercy Academy advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Monarchs travel to Archbishop Wood (Warminster, PA) to meet the Vikings in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Vikings enter the battle with a record of 3-0.
The Magic now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Upper Merion Area for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 1.
