Jal Panthers (Jal, NM) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Loving Falcons (Loving, NM), 52-10 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Jal advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Panthers travel to Texico (Texico, NM) to meet the Wolverines in a non-league match on Friday, January 31. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 2-0.
The Falcons now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eunice for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4.
