The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Greensburg Salem Golden Lions (Greensburg, PA) and the visiting Plum Mustangs (Pittsburgh, PA), witnessed Greensburg Salem's ice hockey team defeat Plum by a final score of 3-0.

The Golden Lions (8-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Blackhawk (Beaver Falls, PA). The Cougars come into the challenge with a 9-8 record.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Quaker Valley Quakers (Leetsdale, PA) in a bout, on Monday, February 3. Plum will attempt to advance on its 11-10 season record. The Quakers go into the bout with a 17-0 record after their 1-0 league win over Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA).
