The Basis Independent Silicon Valley Bobcats basketball squad (San Jose, CA), was crushed 80-14 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Summit Shasta Black Bears (Daly City, CA)
With the victory, Summit Shasta advances its record to 15-5 on the year. The Black Bears host The Nueva School (San Mateo, CA) to meet the Mavericks in a battle on Saturday, February 1. The Mavericks enter the battle with a record of 6-7.
