In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Buena Colts basketball team scored a good 83-73 triumph over the Cienega Bobcats.
The Colts (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mica Mountain (Tucson, AZ). The Thunderbolts go into the non-league contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Mica Mountain was topped by Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ), 66-64, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bobcats confront the Nogales Apaches (Nogales, AZ) in a contest, on Monday, February 3. Cienega will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Apaches go into the contest with a 8-5 record after their 82-61 league win over Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ).
