In Thursday's non-league test, the Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA) basketball squad got by the visiting Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA), by a score of 2-0.
Next, the Mustangs clash with the Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 3. Monticello will attempt to improve on its 13-4 season record. The Black Knights come into the test with a 12-4 record after their 56-48 non-league win over Louisa County (Mineral, VA).
The Flying Flucos (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Patriots come into the non-league test with a 15-1 record. In their last test, Albemarle held off Orange County (Orange, VA), 65-53, in a non-league match.
