Socrates Academy Owls (Matthews, NC) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC), 54-43 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Socrates Academy advances its record to 7-2 on the year.

The Knights now own a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host HOPE Academy for a match on Friday, January 31.
