With the triumph, San Luis advances its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Sidewinders host Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league test on Friday, February 7. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 10-4.

The Kings now have a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cibola for a 6A Desert Southwest test on Wednesday, February 5. Kofa will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 2-1 league win over Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ). The Raiders record now stands at 6-8.
