The Hicks Pirates got by the host Fairview Panthers basketball squad by a final score of 52-45 in Friday's league outing.
Coming up next, the Pirates play the Elizabeth Bulldogs (Elizabeth, LA) in a B District 4 bout, on Tuesday, February 3. Hicks will attempt to move on its 18-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 7-19 record after their 67-23 league loss to Anacoco (Anacoco, LA).
