The St. Peter's Prep Marauders basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Union City Soaring Eagles to 38 in the Marauders league triumph on Monday.

The Marauders now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delbarton for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 2. St. Peter's Prep will meet a Green Wave team coming off a 47-42 league win over Chatham (Chatham, NJ). The Green Wave record now stands at 9-4.

The Soaring Eagles (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (Jersey City, NJ). The Lions enter the Hudson County - American contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Lincoln was routed by Memorial (West New York, NJ), 60-43, in a league contest.
