The Knights now possess a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lunenburg Central for a James River battle on Friday, February 3. Buckingham will confront a Chargers team coming off a 75-27 non-league win over Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech (Petersburg, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 8-10.

The Raiders (8-10) will now prepare for their battle against Prince Edward County (Farmville, VA). The Eagles come into the James River battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, Prince Edward County was toppled by Nottoway (Nottoway, VA), 64-48, in a league battle.
