Minnesota High School Basketball - Dassel-Cokato can't hold off Annandale

The Annandale Cardinals basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the host Dassel-Cokato Chargers to 38 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glencoe-Silver Lake for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. Annandale will battle a Panthers team coming off a 65-48 non-league loss to Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted/Holy Trinity (Howard Lake, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 6-9.
The Chargers (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Watertown-Mayer (Watertown, MN). The Royals come into the AA Section 5 contest with a 12-6 record. In their last contest, Watertown-Mayer was nudged by New London-Spicer (New London, MN), 62-60, in a non-league contest.
