South Carolina High School Basketball - Batesburg-Leesville thwarted by Silver Bluff

The Batesburg-Leesville Panthers basketball team (Batesburg, SC), was toppled 68-55 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Silver Bluff Bulldogs (Aiken, SC)

The Bulldogs now possess a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aiken for a non-league battle on Friday, February 3. Silver Bluff will confront a Fighting Green Hornets team coming off a 63-47 league loss to Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC). The Fighting Green Hornets record now stands at 12-10.

The Panthers (6-17) will now prepare for their battle against Fox Creek (North Augusta, SC). The Predators come into the AA Region 3 battle with a 14-12 record. In their last battle, Fox Creek beat Pelion (Pelion, SC), 62-20, in a league battle.
