Bedford Kicking Mules (Temperance, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Dexter Dreadnaughts (Dexter, MI), 73-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Bedford upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Kicking Mules travel to Pioneer (Ann Arbor, MI) to play the Pioneers in a Southeastern - Red bout on Friday, February 3. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Pioneer won 54-49 in their recent league bout against Monroe (Monroe, MI)

Next up, the Dreadnaughts play the Huron River Rats (Ann Arbor, MI) in a Southeastern - Red bout, on Thursday, February 2. Dexter will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The River Rats go into the bout with a 12-1 record after their 57-47 league loss to Saline (Saline, MI).
