The Browne Bruins (Phoenix, AZ) basketball nipped the visiting Camelback Spartans (Phoenix, AZ), 57-50 in Tuesday's league test.

The Spartans now own a 6-14 record. They play next when they host North for a 6A Metro test on Thursday, February 2. Camelback will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 69-57 league win over Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 15-8.
