Princeton Tigers (Princeton, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bureau Valley Storm (Manlius, IL), 69-35 in a league bout.

With the victory, Princeton upgrades its record to 25-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host Mendota (Mendota, IL) to play the Trojans in a Three Rivers - East bout on Friday, February 3. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 8-20. Mendota lost 64-48 in their recent league bout against Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL)

Next up, the Storm play the Kewanee Boilermakers (Kewanee, IL) in a Three Rivers - East bout, on Friday, February 3. Bureau Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-20 season record. The Boilermakers come into the bout with a 11-11 record after their 71-49 league win over St. Bede (Peru, IL).
