North Carolina High School Basketball - Cedar Ridge can't hold off Eastern Alamance

January 31, 2023: Hillsborough, NC 27278

The Eastern Alamance Eagles basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves to 43 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Person for a 3A Conference 25 contest on Friday, February 3. Eastern Alamance will battle a Rockets team coming off a 63-61 league win over Orange (Hillsborough, NC). The Rockets record now stands at 16-4.

The Fighting Red Wolves (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Warriors come into the 3A Conference 25 contest with a 1-20 record. In their last contest, Western Alamance was nudged by Williams (Burlington, NC), 60-40, in a league contest.
