Chateaugay Bulldogs (Chateaugay, NY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host St. Lawrence Central Larries (Brasher Falls, NY), 62-39 in a league bout.

With the victory, Chateaugay upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Brushton-Moira (Brushton, NY) to play the Panthers in a Section 10 East bout on Friday, February 3. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 6-9. Brushton-Moira won 51-37 in their recent league bout against Parishville-Hopkinton (Parishville, NY)

Next up, the Larries play the Madrid-Waddington Yellowjackets (Madrid, NY) in a Section 10 East bout, on Thursday, February 2. St. Lawrence Central will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 57-52 league loss to Colton-Pierrepont (Colton, NY).
