The Corning-Painted Post Hawks routed the visiting Horseheads Blue Raiders basketball team by a final score of 87-55 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Hawks face the Elmira Express (Elmira, NY) in a Section 4 Southern Tier - West game, on Tuesday, February 7. Corning-Painted Post will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Express enter the game with a 7-8 record after their 61-55 league win over Binghamton (Binghamton, NY).
With the defeat, Horseheads moves to 8-6 on the year.
