The Darlington Tigers (Rome, GA) basketball crushed the visiting Trion Bulldogs (Trion, GA), 70-35 in Tuesday's league test.
The Tigers (20-3) will now prepare for their test against Armuchee (Rome, GA). The Indians go into the A D1 Region 7 test with a 3-17 record. In their last test, Armuchee was trounced by Dade County (Trenton, GA), 71-52, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 11-9 record. They play next when they host Dade County for a A D1 Region 7 test on Friday, February 3. Trion will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 71-52 league win over Armuchee (Rome, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 12-11.
