Huffman Vikings (Birmingham, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Fairfield Tigers (Fairfield, AL), 70-52 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Huffman upgrades its record to 19-9 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 24-0. Pinson Valley won 67-36 in their recent non-league bout against Woodlawn (Birmingham, AL)

Next up, the Tigers play the Woodlawn Colonels (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Fairfield will attempt to upgrade on its 21-8 season record. The Colonels come into the bout with a 4-13 record after their 67-36 non-league loss to Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL).
