The Sharpsville Blue Devils (Sharpsville, PA) basketball crushed the visiting George Junior Republic (Grove City, PA), 81-58 in Tuesday's league test.

The Blue Devils (7-9) will now prepare for their test against Mercer (Mercer, PA). The Mustangs go into the District 10 Region 2 test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Mercer walloped Reynolds (Greenville, PA), 70-33, in a league test.

The now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeview for a District 10 Region 2 test on Friday, February 3. George Junior Republic will encounter a Sailors squad coming off a 46-41 league win over West Middlesex (West Middlesex, PA). The Sailors record now stands at 8-9.
