The Glenville-Emmons Wolverines basketball team (Glenville, MN), was overwhelmed 85-61 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Schaeffer Academy Lions (Rochester, MN)
The Lions now possess a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lyle/Pacelli for a A Section 1 battle on Thursday, February 2. Schaeffer Academy will battle a Athletics team coming off a 74-37 league win over Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN). The Athletics record now stands at 16-2.
The Wolverines (3-13) will now prepare for their battle against Spring Grove (Spring Grove, MN). The Lions come into the A Section 1 battle with a 13-1 record. In their last battle, Spring Grove trounced LeRoy-Ostrander (LeRoy, MN), 93-24, in a league battle.
