In Tuesday's league outing, the Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC) basketball squad edged the host Green Level Gators (Cary, NC), by a count of 55-49.
The Golden Hawks (17-4) will now prepare for their outing against Green Hope (Cary, NC). The Falcons go into the 4A Conference 29 outing with a 5-15 record. In their last outing, Green Hope held off Cary (Cary, NC), 62-60, in a league outing.
The Gators now hold a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Panther Creek for a 4A Conference 29 outing on Friday, February 3. Green Level will clash with a Catamounts squad coming off a 70-46 league win over Middle Creek (Apex, NC). The Catamounts record now stands at 14-6.
