The Wagner Red Raiders basketball team (Wagner, SD), dropped 61-46 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Hanson Beavers (Alexandria, SD)
The Beavers now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Vernon/Plankinton for a A Region 5 battle on Thursday, February 2. Hanson will confront a Titans team coming off a 66-62 non-league win over Gregory (Gregory, SD). The Titans record now stands at 9-3.
The Red Raiders (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Andes Central/Dakota Christian (Lake Andes, SD). The come into the non-league battle with a 0-11 record. In their last battle, Andes Central/Dakota Christian dropped by Burke (Burke, SD), 73-36, in a league battle.
