With the victory, Happy upgrades its record to 17-7 on the campaign. The Cowboys host Kress (Kress, TX) to play the Kangaroos in a 1A Region I District 4 bout on Friday, February 3. The Kangaroos come into the bout with a record of 5-16. Kress lost 89-29 in their recent league bout against Nazareth (Nazareth, TX)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Hart Longhorns (Hart, TX) in a 1A Region I District 4 bout, on Friday, February 3. Springlake-Earth will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Longhorns come into the bout with a 10-11 record after their 55-15 league win over Lazbuddie (Lazbuddie, TX).
