North Carolina High School Basketball - Highland Tech overwhelmed by Thomas Jefferson

The Thomas Jefferson Gryphons basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Highland Tech Rams to 23 in the Gryphons league victory on Tuesday.

The Gryphons now sport a 4-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shelby for a 1A/2A Conference 40 contest on Tuesday, February 7.

The Rams (5-14) will now prepare for their contest against Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Huss was routed by Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC), 60-57, in a league contest.
