The Firebirds come into the challenge with a record of 13-6. Pearl-Cohn won 85-34 in their recent league challenge against LEAD Academy (Nashville, TN)

Next up, the Senators confront the Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Sparkman will attempt to improve on its 19-10 season record. The Black Bears come into the challenge with a 16-9 record after their 78-46 league win over Florence (Florence, AL).
