North Carolina High School Basketball - Stuart W. Cramer holds off Huss

January 31, 2023: Belmont, NC 28012

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC) and the visiting Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC), saw Stuart W. Cramer's basketball squad hold off Huss by a tally of 60-57.

With the victory, Stuart W. Cramer improves its record to 8-13 on the campaign. The Storm host Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC) to confront the Greenwave in a 3A Conference 50 challenge on Friday, February 3. The Greenwave come into the challenge with a record of 3-18. Ashbrook lost 58-54 in their recent league challenge against North Gaston (Dallas, NC)

Next up, the Huskies confront the Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 1. Huss will attempt to improve on its 11-8 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 49-23 league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC).
