IKM/Manning Wolves (Manning, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Missouri Valley Big Reds (Missouri Valley, IA), 63-46 in a league bout.

With the win, IKM/Manning upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Wolves travel to Boyer Valley (Dunlap, IA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-15. Boyer Valley lost 70-48 in their recent non-league bout against Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA)

Next up, the Big Reds clash with the Underwood Eagles (Underwood, IA) in a Western Iowa bout, on Friday, February 3. Missouri Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 16-3 record after their 64-31 league win over Tri-Center (Neola, IA).
