With the victory, Newport Harbor upgrades its record to 19-8 on the campaign. The Sailors travel to Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA) to play the Sea Kings in a Wave bout on Thursday, February 2. The Sea Kings come into the bout with a record of 16-10. Corona del Mar lost 65-53 in their recent league bout against Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach, CA)

Next up, the Breakers play the Huntington Beach Oilers (Huntington Beach, CA) in a Wave bout, on Thursday, February 2. Laguna Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 7-20 season record. The Oilers come into the bout with a 13-14 record after their 65-53 league win over Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA).
