New York High School Basketball - Lake Shore succumbs to Pioneer

The Pioneer Panthers topped the visiting Lake Shore Eagles basketball team by a final score of 58-41 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Lackawanna Steelers (Lackawanna, NY) in a Section 6 Erie County III game, on Friday, February 3. Pioneer will attempt to move on its 10-6 season record. The Steelers enter the game with a 8-6 record after their 93-32 league win over Maryvale (Cheektowaga, NY).
With the defeat, Lake Shore moves to 5-10 on the year. The Eagles host Depew (Depew, NY) to face the Wildcats in a Section 6 Erie County III game on Friday, February 3. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 10-4. Depew lost 46-43 in their recent non-league game against North Tonawanda (North Tonawanda, NY)
