Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting South Forsyth War Eagles (Cumming, GA), 79-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Lambert upgrades its record to 16-7 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a AAAAAAA Region 6 bout on Friday, February 3. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-19. Forsyth Central lost 65-38 in their recent league bout against Denmark (Alpharetta, GA)

Next up, the War Eagles play the Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 6 game, on Friday, February 3. South Forsyth will attempt to move on its 8-15 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 17-6 record after their 64-46 league win over West Forsyth (Cumming, GA).
