In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Lisbon Lions basketball team scored a decisive 62-35 triumph over the North Cedar Knights.
In their next game, the Lions meet the West Branch Bears (West Branch, IA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 2. Lisbon will attempt to move on its 6-11 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 9-7 record after their 65-49 league win over Durant (Durant, IA).
With the defeat, North Cedar moves to 1-14 on the year. The Knights travel to Alburnett (Alburnett, IA) to meet the Pirates in a non-league match on Friday, February 3. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 16-5. Alburnett lost 67-57 in their recent non-league match against Wilton (Wilton, IA)
