With the victory, Morristown-Hamblen East improves its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host Jefferson County (Dandridge, TN) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 3. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 11-12. Jefferson County lost 50-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Cocke County (Newport, TN)

Next up, the Hilltoppers confront the Dobyns-Bennett Indians (Kingsport, TN) in a 4A District 1 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Science Hill will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 15-9 record after their 89-69 league win over Daniel Boone (Gray, TN).
