Ohio High School Basketball - New Hope Christian Academy nipped by Patriot Prep Academy

The Patriot Prep Academy Eagles tipped the visiting New Hope Christian Academy Statesmen basketball team by a final score of 70-65 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Columbus Academy Vikings (Gahanna, OH) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 2. Patriot Prep Academy will attempt to move on its 13-5 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 14-2 record after their 56-30 league win over Buckeye Valley (Delaware, OH).

With the defeat, New Hope Christian Academy moves to 9-6 on the year. The Statesmen travel to Northmor (Galion, OH) to face the Golden Knights in a non-league game on Friday, February 3. The Golden Knights enter the battle with a record of 11-7. Northmor won 57-53 in their recent non-league battle against Wynford (Bucyrus, OH)
