In Tuesday's league outing, the North Allegheny Tigers (Wexford, PA) basketball squad edged the host Pine-Richland Rams (Gibsonia, PA), by a margin of 61-54.

The Tigers (8-9) will now prepare for their outing against Butler (Butler, PA). The Golden Tornado go into the WPIAL 6A 1 outing with a 14-5 record. In their last outing, Butler was tipped by New Castle (New Castle, PA), 64-49, in a league outing.

The Rams now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Seneca Valley for a WPIAL 6A 1 bout on Friday, February 3. Pine-Richland will play a Raiders squad coming off a 55-43 league loss to Central Catholic (Pittsburgh, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 7-11.
