Georgia High School Basketball - Trinity Christian thwarts North Clayton

The Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA) basketball knocked off the host North Clayton Eagles (College Park, GA), 61-46 in Tuesday's league test.
The Lions (11-10) will now prepare for their test against Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA). The Tigers go into the AAAA Region 4 test with a 17-5 record. In their last test, Fayette County notched a victory over LaGrange (LaGrange, GA), 86-67, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 2-20 record. They play next when they travel to Whitewater for a AAAA Region 4 test on Friday, February 3. North Clayton will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 71-55 league win over Troup County (LaGrange, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 15-7.
