The North East Grape Pickers topped the host Northwestern Wildcats basketball team by a final score of 62-45 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Grape Pickers face the Iroquois Braves (Erie, PA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 7. North East will attempt to move on its 9-7 season record.
With the defeat, Northwestern moves to 1-12 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Fairview (Fairview, PA) to face the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, February 3. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 11-6. Fairview won 60-15 in their recent non-league game against Iroquois (Erie, PA)
