The North Polar Bears routed the host South Colonials basketball team by a final score of 71-49 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Polar Bears face the Wachusett Regional Mountaineers (Holden, MA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 4. North will attempt to move on its 14-2 season record. The Mountaineers enter the game with a 5-8 record after their 59-34 league win over Algonquin Regional (Northborough, MA).
With the defeat, South moves to 9-6 on the year. The Colonials travel to Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA) to face the Highlanders in a Inter High game on Friday, February 3. The Highlanders enter the game with a record of 11-3.
