California High School Basketball - Terra Nova thwarts Oceana

The Terra Nova Tigers (Pacifica, CA) basketball knocked off the host Oceana Sharks (Pacifica, CA), 52-36 in Tuesday's league test.

The Tigers (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Jefferson (Daly City, CA). The Grizzlies go into the Peninsula - North test with a 14-4 record. In their last test, Jefferson notched a victory over El Camino (South San Francisco, CA), 74-51, in a league test.

The Sharks now own a 8-12 record. They play next when they travel to Westmoor for a Peninsula - North test on Wednesday, February 1. Oceana will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 52-40 league win over South San Francisco (South San Francisco, CA). The Rams record now stands at 11-7.
